Do talk to a few more people that have had them before you buy one. They sure are not cheap.
Here's a few of the con's:
CG sites are usually to narrow to use them.
They are a real pain to set up and take down.
Also think about bad weather. You have to be able to disassemble that darn thing quickly or chance loosing your awning during a sudden storm or high winds. Most I have seen trying to get it off and awning up have lost the battle and their awning.
AND the fact that even when you do have ample warning of an impending storm you DO have to disassemble it to get the awing in.
And lastly I have been at some CG's that they won't let the snowbirds put them out. Not many but it only takes the one you want to stay at to negate what you have paid for it.
