About half the time when using this site I get a message that the service is temporarily unavailable. If I try again I may or may not get it. I would say I get that message about 50% of the time. This is something new that has been happening over the last month or so. I used to not have any problems and it is the only site that does it. I use Google Chrome. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Jim, A lot of us had the same problem and at least for me, I switched over to good Sams forum and I have not had a problem since

mine too. Go on the "forum posting help and support" thread and the first topic there addresses the problem.

Good Sam is working well for me in the last week. RV isn’t.

I use the Good Sam portal almost exclusively because of the problem. Generally it will work fine. Don't ask me when it will be fixed because I don't think anybody knows.:R
