Service unavailable

It was off again today a couple times... and today's no holiday so they should be back at work.

This is nothing. Back in 2005 we used to get this daily for weeks, even months on end.
We were lucky to get two good days a week.

Of course that spell check is still a work in progress :R

For those suffering with Time Warner Internet (???) I spoke to them today and they could only advise there is a "service outage" in the area where I live. They couldn't say where it originated or why but they were "working on it." I told them it has been going on for a week now but they have no clue when it'll be back up. I called their 800 # all I got was recording with an offer to buy their technical repair services which I though was really funny.

Well, I put in a trouble ticket and got confirmation that they will rebate some of my monthly forum dues.

You all DO send a check to pay your monthly forum dues don't you?

Same here! In and out the last two days. Tried all portals we know of,same result.

I have not been able to post on this thread all day because of 'service unavailable". Now I can so my day is complete.

I hope that they are working to improve the total experience!!!
