I'm assuming you're talking about a 5th wheel since this was posted in the 5th wheel forum.
Try to find the GVWR and the shipped/dry weight. Subtract the smaller number from the larger, that is the CCC. Most shipped/dry weights will not include full propane tanks, battery/ies, and other misc. items, and I don't believe there is any hard and fast "rule" about what the CCC is based on, except the above formula. It just depends on how each company figures theirs.
