As usual, the wife is correct. Nothing extra is figured in the weights. CCC is the difference between GVWR minus net shipping weight when it left the factory. No fluids, no propane, often no batteries, and definitely no sleeping people unless a bum sneaked onboard at the factory scale.
If you are looking at sales brochures to get the shipping weight, any options that your dealer may order are not included either. So those also cut into your CCC.
