Shocks need replacing.
Some basic information. My 5ver has a gross weight rating of 16,000 lbs. And is scaled at 14,100 lbs. and 37 feet in length. Now, while crawling around under it I noticed a shock was missing (gone)...

I would take one of the existing shocks to a good local parts house, they should be able to cross reference by brand, part number of length and length of travel.
