After having several TT, the big thing for me, moving to a FW, was the easy hookup. No more trying to align the hitch and ball (before cameras). No WDH, and the bars to deal with.
With the FWs I've had, I can see the hitch, back into it, and done. Yes, the FW tows nicer, but does track to the inside when turning.
You get used to the height. Newer large TTs are getting taller too. I see people rubbing trees all the time, in the state parks. Maybe I'm too fussy, but I avoid the areas with low hanging trees.
If your tv will handle the FW payload, that is the way I'd go, after having several of each.
