I was wondering if anyone has converted their twist lock shore power connection to something more robust?
I don't really like the current default setup where the shore power cable screws into the side of the trailer and sticks out.
I used to have a Class A motorhome that had a built in shore power cable, and it could just hang out a hatch hole on the bottom of the compartment.
Has anyone done a conversion like this? If you have, could you please share pictures?
If you have a 30AMP twist loc cable, that twist loc tech is from the 1930's hospital connector and really past it's pull date. Our Bighorn has a 50AMP power reel. I wish our little 50amp commuter trailer had a similar power reel.
