Short or long
Which is better, or does it matter, a long bed or short bed for towing a fiver?

I have a F250 crew cab with a 6'7" bed. I have a 16K Reese manual slider that I use every time I back into a site. It's easy to use and gives me one less thing to watch out for, so why not? I want to park in my garage and I use my truck for a daily driver so no long bed/ long wheel base for me, and I can park it almost anywhere.
