Anyway, I really am going to seriously consider one of these power movers (generic) or build something like it this winter, so I hope this or the other thread gets some activity!

I'm figuring even if I could get it behind my house without it, it would still be very helpful to make finer adjustments to get more space around it.

Sure it's more money, but cheaper than damage I may do to the trailer?
