Back in the day to accommodate the big Class A coaches and buss's. Now a days us folks that tow a toad, and have big FW's like to use these pull thru's. Or if a Cg is full up they will put you in the 50 amp pull thru section.
When I started requesting/using the pull thru sites exclusively when traveling is when I found out about 50 amp only shore stations that were originally intended for the big coaches.
