They are a totally sealed system.
Add the fans inside.
Make sure the baffle in the "chimney" is not missing
Add fans to the chimney.
Other than doing these things you are hooped. (as we all are)

You can help it by adding a fan that runs constantly on the cooling fins in the top of the inside of the fridge.
I'm not sure exactly how these fridges work except that they use "ammonia" instead of Freon....and maybe not in the same way. Do they sometimes need to be recharged like the Freon fridges or are they sealed units?
