Went camping this past weekend at one of our State Parks, while walking the campground we noticed alot of folks have signs on their site with their Last and first names (sometimes pet names too), town...

Most of those types of signs are a "sign" the RV'ers belong to a club or have belonged. A lot of the clubs require you to wear name badges and have a sign at your RV plus flags and other requirements as a club member on a club outing.
Many of the RV'ers get used to putting out the signs and do so whether they are on a club outing or not.
Arts and crafts shops are a good place to find a sign and then have your
name(s) added to it.
