You can smell gas so the power circuit is working
(Blower comes on/purges---sail switch makes up,power goes thru high limit switch to circuit board......board sends power to gas valve and spark electrode and it sparks)
But it isn't lighting off.......repeating cycles of lighting off.
Spark electrode is out of position
Spark electrode dirty.......so flame isn't being proved
Burner assembly blocked.....rust/debris obstructing gas flow
You need to pull furnace (disconnect wiring/gas valve) and clean it out (combustion chamber/burner assembly) inspect spark electrode/clean it with emery cloth and check position/spark gap.
