Well, not so good news for me. I took the furnace completely apart. It was surprisingly quite clean and perfect looking everywhere. I made sure every connection was tight and looking good. I did find that the electrode looked further away than 1/8" from the burner as the instructions state so I adjusted that but after putting everything back together, it still doesn't work. I may have to take it in and get it bench tested somewhere. Other than guessing and throwing parts at it, getting it looked at may be my only option.
