When you say burner jet, are you saying the tube that runs to the burner bringing the gas? I did take it out (you have to to get at the burner) but didn't do anything special to it. I guess its possible its plugged. Damn, I should have looked inside it. Everything looked so clean when I was taking it apart, it never occurred to me to look inside it. The thing looked brand new.
