Slide leak

So our bedroom slide leaks when it rains hard. 2012 Crossroads Cruiser. I've checked the three seals and all seems to be well, and they have been lubricated since new. It leaks in from the bottom rear of the slide onto the floor above the stairs. I can't see any gaps, what the hell ? Way too far to take it to a dealer. Any ideas ?
  • I had a problem with my bedroom slid as well as the dinette and living room slide. Turns out it was coming from top. It was running down the inside of walls and the carpet was wicking.
Still under warranty, took to dealer and the replaced the flashing tape on top. But realized the factory did not caulk the side by facia. So the water was getting underneath and working its way down.

Also I had a window from the factory that was not installed properly.

Could be wicking in if Crossroads uses a certain covering on the slide bottom (can't remember the name) that's notorious for this. Also, the slide could be a hair out of adjustment and not sealing tightly enough. You sure it's not coming in at the top and running down? I had this issue and had a shop put some self-stick 1/2" weather stripping on the top-rear corner of the wall, where the slide hits, and I've never had another leak.
