Slide seal replacement

I'm done! I feel like Tom Hanks in Castaway... "I have created fire.."

Now I need to go camping and see if they actually hold.

I found some delamination near one corner. Added photos to link.

12 years. I treated them for a few years then stopped. Never got a bid. I'd say $80/hr for maybe 3 hours. ( for one slide only)

How old was the seals being replaced? Did you treat the old seals regularly? What were the savings compared to having the dealer perform the service?

Yah.. I would imagine there are lots of styles.

Interesting write up but unfortunately mine isn't like that at all.
It should help some though.
