Slideout weight limit - DRV Mobile Suite?

I'm looking at buying a 2005 DRV mobile suite and was wondering how much weight a slideout is rated for. I have a couch that would be perfect except it weights 150 pounds...

By the time people sit on the couch, is that going to be too much weight?

    They really aren't designed to that strict of specifications.
    You could put several people on the existing couch and it would move just the same as long as the rig is level.
    I wouldn't hesitate to put a better couch in.

    I can assure you are fine! My wife has tested the weight limits of every slide in our MS! She collects and does not remove!

    I'm not aware of any published weight limits on a slideout - prior to our current Mobile Suites, we had a 2004 MS 36RE3. If you're sufficiently concerned, you could call DRV Suites in Howe, Indiana and ask.
