I can't say how well the TrailerSaver works. I am sure it works fine. For me the TrailAir Extended air bag kingpin with TriGlide works really well. You can see the trailer moving up and down in the rear view mirror but don't feel it.
I use it with the B&W Companion with excellent results. I easily have a clean bed when needed.
