Slides - How to manually close
So far (knock on wood!) no issues, but I'm wondering if there is some information somewhere about how to go about getting the slides closed on my trailer if there is some sort of problem. Anyone know?...

On the electric one there will be a hex nut by the motor that you turn with a ratchet usually 5/8 socket. On the hydraulic there will be what looks like a place to put a jack handle on the motor end of the hydros should be really easy to find. I think your dealers are not so smart.
