small crack in sidewall

While adjusting my cables on the slides, I noticed approximately a 3 inch crack in the fiberglass near the bedroom slide lower corner. No other cracks anywhere and this looks like a scratch but it is not. I have checked everywhere I had access to including behind the facia board. Front compartment shuts fine, closet and drawers all work fine in the bedroom. I am leaning toward just normal flexing and not any broken welds. Since this crack is well behind where I would think it was the front end flexing and the crack is mostly horizonal with a slight downward arc I plan to keep an eye on it.

Anyone had an issue similar to this?
