No, it is not normal. With gas tanks for toys and generator mounted under garage maybe there is some kind of venting issue or miniscule leak. Our TH is going on its 8th camping season this upcoming Spring and we have never noticed any gas fumes even when toys are in garage. It sounds like it needs to go back to dealer or have a reputable mobile RV service tech inspect fuel tanks and fuel delivery system for toys and generator for probable causes. Good luck, hope they get it figured out quickly.
