The vehicles RAWR is what ever the door tag says it is which includes the lessor of tires/wheels and rear spring pack.
The 3/4 ton truck may have 6800 lbs of rear tire capacity however wheel and rear suspension would need to be uprated to match the 6800 lb tire capacity.
We OP stated one about page 3 that he has a 2003 F350, didn't state if DRW or SRW, likely SRW, so at the least the rear GAWR is 6,100#.
