I'm curious, would you tow your new fifth wheel with your old B&W, and gooseneck connection ,instead of the new B&W connected to the four points on the OEM fifth wheel prep, and if not what would be the reason.. Is it not rated for 25K .
In fact, I DO tow our Mobile Suites 38RSSA with the gooseneck-connected B&W Companion RVK3500. My hitch is rated for 20K total trailer weight and 5K pin weight and handles the 19K GVWR Mobile Suites very well.

I towed our 20K MS with the same hitch as you Rusty. Still IMHO even this is a far superior hitch to the Andersen.
The B&W has solid strips under the bottom base to fill in the low part of the corrugation so the base transfers weight to the bed cross members then to the frame when the RV forces the hitch to flex in the fore and aft directions. The hitch in pic is only rated for 18K. Since they have redesigned the base for 20K. I admit I was 2K over the rating but the wife kept adding weight so I bought a new truck and installed a hitch rated for 25K as shown several posts up.
