The dealer is stating all floor are spongy see FB Franklin Jones for videos. Any help is appreciated. Frank n Gin only 2 month of our dream! NO WARRANTY PER KEYSTONE!

It looks to me like the entire rv is bouncing not by a spongy floor but by lack of support. Do you have your stabilizers set correctly and x-chocks installed.
