Seems like a lot of panel for 2 batteries. Might be able to remove a panel and see how it does, add another later if not enough. I have 200W for my small trailer with 2 batteries. 400W for my toy hauler with 4 batteries. I guess it depends on how conservative you are regarding electrical usage.
My small trailer I had plenty of room to go down the refer vent and it was in a perfect location. My Toy Hauler the refer vent and snaking from there was too tight. I ended up with a combiner box on the roof and drilling a hole in the roof thru the bottom of the combiner box for (2) #4 cables and going straight down to my pass thru storage - obviously a bit more involved than that as I opened a wall inside a wardrobe closet and the cable is inside there.
I like the Renogy mounts better than z mounts. Just seem a bit stronger in design with a bigger footprint on the roof.
I made my own combiner box from parts from Home Depot.
