I don't recall ANY tire I've ever owned with a speed limit (per se) molded onto the sidewall. P tires use letter codes such as T, S, H and V to designate the SPEED CAPABILITY (ex: P235/40R18 89V). ST tire speed ratings are explained HERE. One excerpt from this source states:Industry standards dictate tires with the ST designation are speed rated to 65 MPH (104 km/h) under normal inflation and load conditions.

The 2 previous sets of ST tires I had all had a 65 mph rating molded into the sidewall.
