JT Strong Arms or BAL? Any difference? Seems both work. Do locking nuts have to be tighten for travel or are they captured in the loose position? BAL looks to use a tool I already have to tighten bars...

I always tighten the T-Nuts on the JT Strongarms when traveling. I don't want to arrive somewhere and discover the T-Nuts have vibrated out and are MIA. I did make a tightener on a handle for my JT Strongarms so I wouldn't have to bend/squat down to snug them up.
