JT Strong Arms or BAL? Any difference? Seems both work. Do locking nuts have to be tighten for travel or are they captured in the loose position? BAL looks to use a tool I already have to tighten bars...

Good to know that not much force is needed to snug up. If you do lose the JT handles it's pretty expensive for replacements.
