Starcraft ar-one 17th possible purchase?

Well I should add that 9 times out of 10 it will just be me and the ol lady, and 2 dogs. We don't plan on adding any others to the family till she's done with college and that won't be for 3 more years at least. My truck is a 2014 f150 supercab 5.0 with 3.55 gears, so it's not the most desirable tow vehicle but does hold its own pretty well. My payload is 7350lbs, towing capacity is 7800lb, and gcwr 13500lb. Im not a fan of pulling to MAX capacity but have before. I was looking at the grey wolf 19rr but if I do load it up it does not leave me with much payload In the back of my truck. I will be hauling my yamaha grizzly and 2 dirt bikes as of right now. The grizzly will be a tight squeeze in the toy hauler but will fit but can easily fit the 2 bikes and the grizz in the bed or vise verse if need be. I'm a weekend warrior most of the time and rarely get the time off work to do a whole week trip. Mostly looking to upgrade for the toilet, shower, ac, and fridge. I did find it hard to find info on this unit as to why I'm asking. Thanks
