New Mexico seems to have fairly low tax & registration fees, might look into it.
There are several RV dealers around the state. I am sure they would work with you.
In the small town of Hatch, NM, Franciscan RV deals only with used units. I believe they would work with you in finding one & perhaps in selling it later on.
