Many areas have special consignment-only dealerships that will accept RVs for resale. Many regular RV dealers. I sold my last fifth wheel like this by simply going back to the dealer I bought it from. He sold it within a couple of months. The downside is that these dealers take a sizable percentage of the proceeds. How quickly these units sell depends on the time of year, the price you set, etc. You will likely have an easier time selling your tow vehicle quickly, especially if you are willing to price it below market value.
For a two-year period, I imagine a rental will be impractical. Two years of full time travel will mean far more wear and tear on a unit than the occasional 1 week lease.
