Still have water heater issue.
Well top valve is open. Bottom valve is open. Middle valve is closed. Now no water at all coming out of the hot water taps. Cold water taps OK.

- your inlet valve handle is on wrong turn to cposed and see if you get water
- You have a bad check valve.
Bruce - This has probably already been discussed but the VALVES for winterizing are elongated as shown in this pictorial.
Are your valves showing this as well...

Roy Ken - Are you SURE the valves are in the positions as stated?
Did you allow enough time for the HW tank to fill up? Does air come out of the hot water taps? - We see that in your other post.
