Stopover half-way Dallas and Destin FL Via I-10 on way back

For any of you that have made the trip between these two cities, any suggestions for a good half-way stopping point about midway so we can break the trip into two days for a family of 4 (two kids 13/1...

Well...y'all had some great suggestions. We ended up at Magnolia RV Park Resort just over the border in Mississippi but we are going to do something different on the way back and look at your suggestions to try out for the night. I-20 is a beating!
