Stored groceries while traveling

We pack ours full considering what and where we are camping. If it's for a weekend and camping with friends which we do a lot. I make a few things ahead of time, just so it's easy. We are getting ready to take a three week trip. I will be stocking the freezer and frig. before we go to get us where we are staying for a week. So for the first 5 nights will be easy meals because of one night stops. Then we will be eating out (seafood) for the next week. I find it's easier for me to have some stuff and ideas of what to fix. I use plastic containers or baggies. I use the commissary so I feel I save a little then having to shop in a campground store or little town market. Freezer crock-pot meals are great also.
Just beware when you first open the refrigerator after traveling. So you can catch anything that may be against the door. I just made meatloaf and sliced it and froze it for trip. Hope this helps.
