Ditto to what everyone else said. I always have enough food (often pre-cooked) to take care of the number of days it takes to get to where we're going. I always keep condiments, etc in fridge (we keep it plugged in at home too!). My pantry has everything I need to make several meals. Not much frozen, however. Buy that stuff when we arrive at our campground (unless, of course, it's not close to a store!). Food shopping is not something I look forward to doing when I'm camping! If you're worried about things falling out when you open your fridge or cabinet, there are spring loaded rods you can get that stop that from happening. Never needed them but know they're out there. I'm sure making something for that would be easy as well.
