Thanks for all of the input. This will be our first trailer so I'm sure there are going to be some lessons learned the hard way. When I think about the RV fridge and kitchen I just keep having visions of that cross-country move with the u-haul. It was slow and easy, and packed beautifully, but as soon as the back end opened up it looked like a tornado hit.
