We have kept our fiver under an open pole barn for 7 years now. We bought it new in April 2005. Built the pole barn in the fall of 2006. At least under the pole barn, the roof does not get exposed to all the weather straight down on it such as the sun, rain, snow etc. It would def be better than sitting out completely exposed .... also, the dealer we purchased it from said that if you are keeping it stored on concrete that you need to pull the tires up on some small boards as the elements in the concrete will eat the tires!
