Our 2005 has been outside under cloth cover from Camping World since new. Third cover. 2 feet of snow on it at times. It has had no problems. Gets waxed twice a year. Still looks new, no oxidation. Just keep the sun off. Roof is in great shape. If you cover it, wax it, it will be fine. Only a problem a couple years with mice. I have a bucket trap for them now. No more mice.
