We have been putting two 5 gallon buckets of water inside the rig during the heat in order to maintain some humidity to keep the wood cabinets, etc from drying out. We were told to do this by a life-long AZ .
I am a life long AZ resident and this is the best thing you can do. By keeping the buckets of water in the rig while its in storage, you will keep all of the glues from drying out. I have seen plenty of RV's with wallpaper and lamanents coming off.
I also cut pieces of plywood to keep the sun off of the tires.
