storing you 5th wheel in AZ
I will be storing our 5th wheel at our home in SW AZ. What tips do I need to know regarding: heat, dust, insects and rodents? Thank you.

thought of a couple/four mo'....
-cannot downplay the importance of semi frequent visits to
the interior/exterior.... much easier to head em' off at
the pass (issues).
-we do a wood treatment wipedown prior to summer park... not
sure if it helps , but makes us feel better.
-on yesterdays visit I noted I had turned the ottoman wrong
side down on the recliner seat... the "pleather" did not
appreciate it... now with soft side down.
-we are not a fan of leaving the vent "cracked" open ... too
many chubascos, Sciroccos, Haboobs, Monsoons... whatever flavor
you like... fine dust/sand /grit etc. finds the entry point.
