The two failures I had on my 3 Schwinteck slides: motor failure; incorrectly installed motor tore cable.
Fixed them both myself, but it was very difficult getting at the motors because there was no access slot cut in the frame in the early models.
I don't know where the slide controller is on your model. In fact, I only remember where one (of the three) controllers is in MY RV.
