Not sure of the model number but we have a Cuisinart that has no glass carafe. It dumps the coffee in a removable plastic container with a dispenser valve. We are going to replace it with a Keurig at some point like the one we use at home. We only drink a couple of cups of coffee in the morning but the wife will make her hot tea anytime. Much more efficient for us as there is no waste. We do not use the pre-made plastic cups but instead use the ones that you fill with your own coffee or tea. The plastic cups are way over priced and the plastic cannot be recycled. The main point for us is no glass carafe to break.
