Be sure to check out the basement storage. On some models, especially older models FL's, it can be tiny.

Also, we like the models with the entertainment on one side and theater seating on the opposite. Though some now have theater seating facing the front of the coach. Nice.

Check out a Heartland Big Country 3900FLP. Very nice front living floor plan and you can get it with or without the side porch.

If your pockets are very deep, you could consider New Horizons. They will build exactly what you want, eg custom orders only.

But their smallest rigs start at $100,000 and go up past $300,000 and your truck may also need an upgrade!

My wife and I like the front living room design because of the separation of space. I've been looking at various models to compare the basement areas because of the loss of space there with the front living rooms. You might want to look at Grand Design as well. Not sure if I liked the back cap on the Grand Design but the added rear storage space was nice.

I don't have any recommendations as to which manufacturer I'd buy.

I followed or read blogs of two people who have front living rooms. One went with the Open Range and the other went with the Pinnacle. Not sure I like having a slide under the main awning, but the model of Pinnacle we looked at had one of the nicer front living rooms.
