Considering leaving our fifth wheel in Southwest florida during the summer. what is the correct way to summarize the unit to avoid mold, moisture etc.

We live in the Ft Lauderdale area and have had our fifth wheels stored all the time outside. I leave the fridge doors open. I also have covers on all of my vents and leave them open, Never had a problem with mold and moisture.
