Considering leaving our fifth wheel in Southwest florida during the summer. what is the correct way to summarize the unit to avoid mold, moisture etc.

I am in northeast Florida and don't do anything special other than leave the fridge doors open. If you are leaving it the entire summer your water may evaporate from the toilet bowl.
