We keep our fridge/freezer doors open to prevent mold. We also keep both roof vents open, they are covered, and two vent windows cracked open so that air can circulate freely. For bugs I spray Ortho liquid Pest control on the landing pads, springs and axles. I also set two mouse traps inside just in case we get a visitor. In two years have not seen so much as an ant and no mold or musty smells. I do go out every weekend and check everything out and wash the outside once a month.
