- 02CAMPExplorerWe also have a Winnie Lite 5 30FWRES. Just got back from a week in Myrtle Beach, Pirateland. The only issues after our intial shakedown in April were a piece of trim in the bedroom coming down, the cable was wired wrong and the shut off valve on the black water tank needed adjusting. All of this was fixed before our trip to Myrtle. The only other suggestion is make sure you get the optional 16" wheels. Ours are 15". Other than that, we are very happy with our rig.

What model specifically? That timeframe is the transition years for Sunnybrook to Winnie ownership. To be honest, for awhile Sunnybrook was on a slide that hopefully Winnie has started turning around... I wasn't impressed with the products in the year range, is a 2013 or up a option?
2011 287fwbhs - has the Winnabago emblem on it - Paul_ClancyExplorerGood to hear. Nice looking rig.
- Brian_C1ExplorerWell we recently (2 weeks ago) picked up a 2013 Winnebago 30FWRES 5th wheel. We've been out once for a shakedown weekend and so far we're very happy with the overall quality and layout of the unit. While there will always be little things here and there that you'll notice regardless of who makes the unit. I have to honestly say that the overall quality is pretty darn good. Cabinets are solid, no flex in any spots in the floor. Lots and lots of inside and outside storage. Dry weight is 8600 and GVWR is 11500
We have 2 more trips planned over the next month so we'll see how it shakes out. - mwebber78ExplorerWhat model specifically? That timeframe is the transition years for Sunnybrook to Winnie ownership. - zackyboy3rsExplorerAny other input?
- Paul_ClancyExplorerNope neither. Rubber. Winnebago owns sunnybrook and now makes the raven and lite models. I was seriously considering a raven but felt it was too heavy for a double slide. I'm hearing quality is spotty from an owner I know. Bought a different brand with more features 3 slides and lighter.
- BumpyroadExplorerthe winnie will have a fiberglass roof. will the sunny brook?
