Our friends pulled a Grand Surveyor for a while. It was a 25' one as I recall. He had a 2001 F-250 diesel short box and a slider hitch. He backed in without sliding and it cost him a rear window. Not sure of the shape of his vs the new ones but he really did need the slider.
